Bistrot Bruno Loubet at the Zetter

Bistrot Bruno Loubet at the Zetter

Bruno Loubet, one of London's most celebrated chefs in the '90s, is back after a few years spent Down Under and he has not lost any of his amazing touch with his native French cuisine.

Cuisine du Terroir is very much on the agenda for the Bordeaux-born chef although the menu will not disappoint novelty seekers; we loved some of the flavours that Loubet added to what would be a traditional dish and turned it into much more than that: The boudin blanc a feast, the confit of Lamb with white beans, lemon and harissa a delight and the millefeuille with poached apple, served with light custard and scented with orange blossom absolutely delicious.

Under £95 for two including wine and service.

Sharing menu £17.50 (Lunch) £22.50 (Dinner) per person and must be for the whole table.
