Offering simple, classic French food in an elegant dining space Restaurant Sauterelle will serve a short, seasonal, frequently changing menu. Inspired by the French ‘bourgeois’ style of cooking, Stuart Smith’s menu with include dishes such as; ballotine of guinea fowl, goose rillettes, and Saucisson Lyonnais. Aside from a regional focus, a selection of classic dishes including; lobster bisque, braised rabbit with tarragon, and Château grillé will also feature. Desserts will include: Rum baba, chocolate fondant, and roasted winter fruits.
