At last the long awaited TGV Est is now operational. Tickets are opened for sale and the train will be linking Paris and Strasbourg from 10th June 2007.
On 3rd April, it made history by being the fastest rail train ever. Many foreign journalists as well as politicians and rail bosses were on-board to experience it first hand.
