Rules and Conditions ...

Item 1:
FranceInLondon.com (FIL) organises the `London's Favourite French Film' vote and Free Draw on the website www.franceinlondon.com.
All voters will automatically be enter in the free prize draw.

Item 2:
- The vote online and free draw is open to all people aged 18 or over and living in or around London.
- There can be only one winner per email address.
- The vote online runs from 1st July 2016 until 12th September 2016.

Item 3:
- To take part in the vote online and the free draw, each participant needs to complete the online registration form (registration is free) together with his name, e-mail address and his selection of films and his personal ratings or  by sending in your vote on a card together with your personal details.
- All incomplete or erroneous information will automatically disqualify the participant.
- FIL will use the participants' email or postal addresses to contact the winners. Their email addresses will solely be for FIL's use. The organisers however might use the participants' email address to send them details of further similar promotions taking place on www.franceinlondon.com.

Item 4:
- The draw will take place on 12th September 2016. Winning participants will be contacted by email no later than 12th September 2016.
- The winners will have to respond on the same day as the day of their notification. If winners do not reply to the notification within a day of their issuance, then they will be disqualified, prizes will be forfeited and an alternative winners will be selected, at the organisers' discretion, in a second chance drawing of all eligible entries received during the vote online.

Item 5:
- There will be no cash alternative to the prizes and the judges' decision is final. FIL will not enter into any written communication. If a winner does not want or cannot take possession of his prize, there is no right to any compensation. 

Item 6:
- The organisers are not liable for any responsibility in cases of interruption of the service due to an incident of the Internet or by a technical incident independent of their will.
- The organisers cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond their control, the game is partially or totally modified, postponed or cancelled.
- Any refund cannot be claimed in such a case. 

Item 7:
- Participation in this competition obliges the competitors to conform to the present rules and to accept them completely. The present document can be obtained free of charge by sending the request in writing, accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope, addressed to`London's Favourite French Film', 97 Hereford Road. London W2 5BB

The Free Draw details on the website and the leaflet also form part of the rules and conditions. 


Additional Rules and Conditions:
-The participant agrees that if he/she won one of the prizes they will accept to take part in public relations events. They also agree to attend the award ceremony/event night on 22nd September 2016 at Picturehouse Central in London.
-French Fairs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any accident/theft that can happen during the winner's holiday in France or in the UK. The winner will be held responsible for any damage/breakage caused to the property which is part of the prize winning. The winner will be requested to sign a contract before arrival at the property that will highlight the terms of the free rental. This will also include a deposit for potential damage/breakage.
-The holiday excludes the weeks between Christmas and New Year as well as Bank Holidays and summer months. The holiday can only be booked once and is dependent on availability. Once booked, the holiday cannot be cancelled or changed for alternative date.
 
-No cash alternative.
