In 1982, André Bamberski received a phone call telling him that his 14 year-old daughter, Kalinka, has been found dead whilst holidaying in Germany with her mother and her new husband. The circumstances of her death are suspect and Dr Krombach, the girl's stepfather has a disturbing attitude. Convinced that the doctor has raped and murdered his daughter, André throws himself in a 27-year-long tireless fight for justice and the imprisonment of Krombach.
A poignant film about the desperate love of a father for his daughter, inspired by a true story.
