For the first time, the Diotima Quartet make an appearance at the Wimbledon International Music Festival. One of the greatest quartets of their age, founded in 1996 by musicians in Paris, the Diotima Quartet has become one of the world's most in-demand ensembles. They are particularly celebrated for their fresh look at works by the great composers, in particular Debussy, Ravel, the late Schubert Quartets and Beethoven, programming them alongside more contemporary works.
