Donate to Handicap International on Bastille Day!

From 13/07/2016 at 12:00 to 18/07/2016 at 23:59

What if, this year, we decided to celebrate Bastille Day with a gesture of fraternity? This solidarity could help disabled children like Kanhara, Immaculée and Malak, who have been facing very difficult conflict situations, poverty and exclusion.

When you learn how to walk again, every little step is important. For children like Kanhara, who lost a leg and an arm when she was 3, every stage is crucial. The little girl says: "My prosthesis has changed my life. Now I can walk, I can go to school and I can go wherever I want".

Handicap International is launching a campaign called "Every Step Counts", which could help disabled people all around the world have a first step someday. Moreover, every donation received by Monday 18 July will be doubled by the British government.

To make a donation today, visite the donation page. A £30 donation could pay for a prosthesis for a child like Kanhara. £5 could help pay for a rehabilitation session.
