  • Lanson : 23.4 million pounds (7.6%)
  • Veuve Clicquot : 22.9 million pounds (1.7%)
  • Taittinger : 15.6 million pounds (-7.4%)
  • Piper Heidsieck : 12.6 million pounds (-1.7%)
  • Laurent Perrier : 11.4 million pounds (59.8%)
  • Bollinger : 10.25 million pounds (-2.8%)
  • Louis Roederer : 1.99 million pounds (-10.5%)
  • Perrier Jouët : 1.94 million pounds (39.2%)

Every year though, 800,000 bottles of grower Champagnes are also shipped into Britain, and on 1st October it is your chance to come and see what these 'grower' Champagnes offer as Robert Wheatcroft of Vine Trail, a small grower ambassador, comes to tell us more.

Expect a whole host of Champagne styles that champion terroir, Pinot Meunier, and low dosage, and discover what many call the 'new' Champagne, before everyone else does.
