A Surreal season of exhibitions and films at the Barbican Centre

This summer, art, architecture and film come together for a ground-breaking season - The Surreal House and The Surreal Film House. The Surreal House exhibition (10 June-12 September) features a host of artists, including Salvador Dali, Marcel Duchamp, Alberto Giacometti, René Magritte and Man Ray, amongst others. The Surreal Film House (11 June - 22 July) explores the myriad trails of Surrealist thought by visionary filmmakers, such as collaborations between Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dali, Un chien andalou and L'âge d'or, and films by Jean Cocteau, Maya Deren, David Lynch and more.
