The Goose is Getting Fat....

….and their rotisseries are primed to go: pheasants, partridges, ribs of beef, haunches of venison, hams, geese and, oh yes, turkeys will be gently rotating to glistening roast perfection. At Christmas they are, it would seem, in their element, whether it is Christmas Pudding or Panettone Bread and Butter Pudding, Choucroute or Chocolate, Oysters or Omelettes (truffle, of course) they claim to know the art of making whoopee.
