The Boulevard brand has been gaining strength since the early 90s when the first brasserie opened in Covent Garden. Now there's Boulevard Bar and Dining Room in Soho where owner Ian Shaw has gone all out to create a sumptuous, diverse and relaxing venue. Attention to detail is everywhere, from the bespoke furnishing to the custom-built bar and attentive service. Head chef Nigel Trebble really know what people like. His Boulevard burger- Angus Aberdeen steak, horseradish mayo and classic American pastrami - is possibly the best on Old Compton Street. Another choice dish is the steamed Dover sole fillets served with sag gosh and curry sauce. Fantastic cocktails. Great vibe. Fun Crowd.
