The brainchild of Joakim Prat (previously head pastry chef for Joël Robuchon in the UK and at The Greenhouse), Maître Choux are a London pastry shop with a Three Michelin Star experienced Chef!
Choux pastry is a light dough that rises in the oven, leaving the inside soft and hollow and the outside golden and crispy. A staple of every patisserie in France, choux pastry is a very malleable yet simple bakery base. In the hands of Joakim who brings a contemporary twist to a classic French speciality, it is transformed into something quite extraordinary.
As visually stunning as they are delicious, our handcrafted éclairs, choux and chouquettes are baked on site in our state of the art kitchen. These veritable works of art make the perfect dessert, indulgent snack or gift. Some of their Choux can even be filled upon ordering for incomparable crispiness.
Maître Choux also has a small seating area where guests can enjoy pastries and hot drinks on premises.
