Marcus Wareing opened his top eponymous restaurant at The Berkeley London in September 2008. Marcus Wareing is known for his theatrical and technically brilliant French cuisine. He serves modern European food, with rich flavours subtly enhanced but never overpowered. The restaurant ambiance is sophisticated and comfortable without being totally over the top.
