The Rose Lounge at Sofitel Saint James
Opening onto the main hall, The Rose Lounge features a very feminine décor with a subtle colour scheme of pink and cream, deep wool rugs and a fifties chandelier, creating a delicate and fresh ambience complemented by stunning displays of fresh roses and the sound of a harp. Guests can come in and enjoy Le Tea en Rose and afternoon tea with French twist presented in a unique china service, designed by Bernardaud exclusively for Sofitel St James, or alternately enjoy a continental breakfast with freshly made croissants and French patisserie.

May 2008 - Adding a vintage twist to its French flair, The Rose Lounge at Sofitel London St James at has unveiled a new afternoon tea menu – Le Tea en Rose – which includes a selection of rare vintage teas from the Yunnan Province in China exclusive to the hotel and not available anywhere else in the UK.
