Pastry Chef Angelo Ercolano has selected a number of subtle flavours that capture a floral theme to mark the event that kicks off the London 'Season': The Chelsea Flower Show. Head Sommelier Mathias Negro has carefully selected a collection of inspiring wines including many special vintages such as 2007 Riesling Brand Alsace Grand Cru, Domaine Josmeyer, served by the glass from a magnum. In addition Mathias takes pride in finding as well smaller domains. Guests can enjoy his 'coups de coeurs' wines by the glass or the bottle. Mathias says 'Listening and understanding our clients' wine preferences and expectations is my approach. I want to offer a personal, tailor-made wine service that is friendly and accessible and transmit my true passion for a unique experience'
