The thrill of Chanel’s enchanted forest at Paris Fashion Week
Smoky eyes and Chanel silhouettes emerged from the depths of an enchanted forest beneath the dome of the Grand Palais.

A real "Magic Ice" summarised Karl Lagerfeld.
Dresses emphasising the shoulders or tweed coats with floral designs, black, ivory or pearl grey colours, silk ribbons and tulle formed an ensemble that plunged the public into a magical universe.
The artistic director took advantage of the whole event to state his position on gay marriage. Two girls in white dresses, accompanied by the artistic director’s godson, Hudson Koenig, ended the show, symbolising lesbian mothers.

"I am in favour of gay marriage, but against two men having children. Two women, yes, because physically, they can. But two men are unable to do so, right? " Karl Lagarfeld had already declared to The Figaro before the show.
